Our go-to business laptop is Lenovo Thinkpads. However, they have long ship dates so in a pinch if we need to new laptop for a new hire and can't wait 6 weeks to get it, I've been able to certify Microsoft's Surface line. They may come with Home, but after re-imaging to Pro or Enterprise, they can be IT-compliant quite easily with bitlocker enable and such.

I was in desperate need of a Laptop when COVID 19 it because I had to work at home. It took a couple of months to finally get one but it was well worth the wait. The salesperson Melissa was amazing to work with, she was very patient with me and got me the best deal possible. I am very happy with this purchase.

My wife actually bought this online. I told her I loved my Surface Pro and I actually thought all Surfaces were the same. I was surprised when I saw that it is basically a standard laptop. But she seems quite happy with it since her old laptop is a monsterous HP from the dinosaur age.

Great Laptop for a college student. Easy to setup and friend user.

Laptop has worked great but I have had an issues with the screen having some wobble. I opened it and checked to see if the screws were loose and they looked fine. Wobble seems to be on the screen side but I do not want to disassemble to find out and I am out of warranty. The screen is faded on the bottom for a while now.

Is very light and has all the features that I need.

Great speakers, premium feel. Only down side is it does not fold back.

Computer is excellent. With windows computers I always had issues with the quality of the hardware but Microsoft’s line of surface computers has eliminated that. Truly impressed. Switched from a MacBook Pro to this and love it.

Great laptop. Light, easy to carry and easy to use.

We wanted a laptop, but also wanted something more portable and compact. After doing research and talking with a rep who confirmed our choice, we made the purchase. The extra money is worth the price. The startup is extremely fast and the touch screen along with the pen is very responsive.

I really wanted to like this computer. Of all of the 13+" computers, this had the best screen size. It was taller vertically that made it seemed bigger than it's stated size. I really like the keyboard as it was very roomy and I have big hands. I also liked the Alcantara fabric surface. I wasn't too bothered by the minimal number of ports and it connected to a bluetooth mouse easily. It was fast and booted up very quickly. But I didn't keep the laptop in the end. The battery life was poor, much less than what it stated. My old Dell Latitude keeps a charge much longer and the battery life doesn't decrease as quickly, and it's removable. When the battery life on this laptop starts to degrade then you're looking at a very big expense to get it replaced, and based on how it was performing I don't think it will last very long. And it's already an expensive laptop. If it wasn't for that I would have kept it as I really think it has a lot of positives.

Perfect for everything no need to improve anything.

For everyday tasks, working on the go and some light gaming, this laptop is fantastic. The streamlined design and responsive touch screen make it a joy to work on. Do keep a cloth handy, as it can be a bit of a fingerprint magnet.

I bought this laptop after my surface pro 4 had been struggling with all the zoom meetings. I'm a teacher, and have zoom on about 6-8 hours oer day and the screen kept glitching. I love the color and Microsoft products in general. After a month of zoom meetings, this computer gave small screen jumps for a minute or so. I am worried that it will continue.
