This is the best computer I’ve ever owned I will always have surface products! This is a great laptop for high school students about to go to college or students already in college.

I love the overall design of the laptop but after a few weeks the USB port started not recognizing my mouse. I hear the sound of it connecting and then disconnecting several times in a row, and this happens pretty much every day. I tried my roommate's mouse and the same thing happens with that one. It's super frustrating because this computer only has one USB port and it's been over a month since I've had it, so I doubt Best Buy can do anything about it. I was so excited to finally have a good laptop for grad school and this is just a huge disappointment.

Purchased for my wife for school laptop lasted about 1 month then battery shorted out luckily they sent us a brand new replacement so far that one has been good

I gave it as a present to my husband for Father’s Day. It helps him a lot because he end up working from home. He loves it and been satisfied with it.

I is the best windows laptop that you can get in this range of price. I love the fact that I don’t have xtra junk software from other companies.

Fast start up. Quiet. More like an iPad than a computer in those respects but yet all of the operational function of a computer at a fast speed. Best of both worlds for sure.

Great unit, so far so good. Far exceeds expectations and much better than my Lenovo Yoga. The keypad took some getting used to as it was more compact than the Yoga.

I purchased this as my office computer that I could take with me when out of the office. LTE very good. functionality good. No problems. Runs our apps, erp system and everything else fine.

Feedback from my son is that it works well; very durable and perfect for high school and college down the line assuming u don’t need huge data storage space

absolutely love this laptop! only down side so far is that the fan seems to run at high speed when its plugged in. not sure why exactly.

could not have asked for anything better. Sturdy. Its got everything I need. Sometimes it does not let me download few apps that I would love to have .

Great for digital media and Microsoft office, highly recommend for those who need both tablet and notebook.

Purchased for my son for virtual schooling. We have an intermittent issue whereas the screen will just freeze when more than one program is open. When I saw more than one program, I'm talking a web browser and an educational game. Nothing that should be difficult for this type of hardware. For the money, this machine is not worth it. The quality of the integration of hardware and software is lacking, perhaps there was some rush to get this product out the door due to the heightened demand for laptops during COVID-19.

I’ve had the Surface Book, Surface Pro, and Surface Laptop. The Surface laptop is the best PC you can get for the money. Much better value than the MacBook.
