Nice light laptop but the graphics were terrible for streaming netflix. Ended up returning this

I love my laptop. I did have one slight issue with it heating but it was just being overworked. So far, so good.

Great laptop. This is the second one I have purchased and am just as happy with it as I am with the first one.

But this laptop for my wife and she absolutely loves it it’s very high-quality similar to an Apple product

I'm loving the laptop so far. The brightness of the screen modifies on its on but I want assume that's a feature that can be changed.

Love the laptop! Touch screen is perfect, only issue I have ran into is running computer games it tends to freeze. Runs all work related tasks flawlessly.

I think this is an overall great computer. For tasks like school work and other average things it is great. Would not recommend for video editing

If I could rate lower than 1 I would! This laptop is a piece of junk and Microsoft, liars and thieves. I got this laptop on 2/21/2021, as a replacement for a Surface 2, the battery went bad after the charger went bad. I had purchased that one on 10/6/2019. Well the first day I used the new laptop, I only got 5 hours battery time before I had to recharge it, instead of the 10 advertised. I had the geek squad assess it remotely and was told there was nothing they could do, as the software was okay and they were not allowed to open the laptop to work on the hardware. They told me too take the laptop in to Best Buy and have the technicians there look at it. I did, they ran a Battery Diagnosis test the report of which revealed the battery acting very extreme while charging and while in use. I contacted Microsoft and spoke with Nicolas. We were on the phone for almost 2 hours. During that time he did everything including having me upload my receipt for the 2/21/2021 purchase, giving me a case number, and set me up to get a "BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX" replacement, Nicolas's exact words. I explained to him that I could not afford to be without a laptop for 10 days, as this is the only laptop I have I have no second computer, but would complete the replacement as soon as I could get free time from work. We discussed completing everything on 4/2/2021 when I have vacation time off. Well, I got some time off sooner, and now Microsoft is singing a new tune. They are only willing to send me a REFURBISHED laptop. This in exchange for a laptop I bought brand new 3 weeks ago. The battery is clearly bad and they are taking advantage of me. I am an independent contractor and work from my home. I sacrificed and spent more money than I usually would have for this laptop that was rated at the top of the game back in 2019, when I initially invested in a laptop to run my business. Now I'm stuck with a laptop I have to recharge several times per day. This is worse than the one I turned in 3 weeks ago. Microsoft should be ashamed of themselves. Is this how the company makes it's money. Ripping off their customers. Total scum bucks!!!!! By the way BEST BUY, not Microsoft, replaced the laptop 3 weeks ago because I bought an extended warranty from them in 2019 when I purchased the original Surface.

Great laptop. No complaints, I just decided to hold off until the Surface Laptop 4 comes out for better battery life and memory.

This is a great laptop for a college student. I bought this for my granddaughter. She said it met all her needs.

So far so better but wish it had more space at affordable price. For 512 gb, it’s unexpectedly expensive, $2000!

This is my second Surface device and I absolutely love them. I live the 3:2 display over a traditional 16:9 panel.

I love the laptop , it’s perfect for my needs, it’s fast and reliable much better than an apple but that’s my personal opinion.
