    Less than a month in and this laptop never turns on (even with when connected to energy source), barely holds a charge and has already shown the UEFI screen. I wouldn’t be so upset except I bought Excel just for this laptop and now I lose that since I will return laptop. Also bummed because after so much research I really thought I would be getting a great laptop.

    I am not sure how this is a premium product from Microsoft? I am used to top of the line products and this is not one of them. I could tell the drive speeds are pretty slow compared to other premium ultra books, especially macbook pros. I had trouble doing basic task and setting up the computer. I may have had a defected one, but I was hugely disappointed with this product and battery life.

    Honestly the worst computer to waste your money on. You would think sense it's a little high priced that you would get what you paid for.. but no. I'm getting my money back for this computer. The battery life sucks, glitches every 30 minutes, the cmputer is a regret and a half. Worst computer I've ever used.

    It broke within a couple of weeks of getting it. I got a replacement. That one also broke within a couple of weeks. Both times, the laptop only runs for a few minutes, and then the screen starts flickering and turns black, and all the words on the screen blur. So frustrating, and now I need to return it yet again.

    The mouse stopped working 3 weeks after I purchased it, so I have to use the touch screen. It’s not possible to cut and paste on this computer. Best Buy said they could send my computer in and it would take 5-6 weeks to get it back. Total waste of $1200. I would never recommend this computer.

    In 2 weeks after purchase laptop started loosing wi-fi connection. During 10 days tried to contact with proper customer support to return it back. Wasted 2-3 hours reaching out over the phone every time. After 5 calls I got the response "bring it to the store" when all stores near by me closed due COVID-19

    If I could rate this laptop a zero I would. Worst purchase I’ve ever made and Bestbuy has done nothing to help fix the problem. I can’t even return it. The volume hasn’t worked on it and everything they’ve told me to do to resolve the issue doesn’t work. Horrible.

    Bought an open package one, it stated excellent condition. Before I walked out of the store service desk checked what external usb I needed they opened the package it wouldn’t turn on had to pay the difference and get a different one talk about bait and switch.

    I purchased this laptop absolutely loved it but I've found out the screens crack without user damage and I didn't want to risk getting stuck with it and having to pay for a new screen when its a hardware issue. If Microsoft can fix this issue I may purchase the 4th Gen

    I bought two of these computers for our church and they are shutting down or restarting without warning. We have only loaded the Outlook 365 that we also purchased from you. Very disappointing. Might be returning them if we can fix the issue.

    Terrible!!! Would not buy this again. Had to go to Geek Squad 6 times and still couldn’t resolve issues and this was a new replacement of a Laptop 2 that had unresolved issues. Went back to Apple but not from Best Buy.

    When it works, it’s great for the price. But never wants to power up once it goes to sleep. Have had to call tech support within the first week of ownership and send it in for repairs.

    Issues with machine seven months after purchase. Terrible quality. Microsoft has closed all stores for good for warranty repairs and you are forced to mail in and wait for weeks.

    Great laptop, been using it since 2020. Light weight, fast, easy to work with all around. Just wish the battery lasted longer but it is a light portable laptop so.

    Piece of crap. Lasted just 2 months after the warranty and Microsoft was not able to fix it. All I get is the Microsoft logo on the screen when its opened. Not a fan!
