The laptop is very fast, easy to use, and I can multi-task without my laptop getting slow!

Great laptop, performs well, but a bit overpriced for what you get when compared to competing models. No thunderbolt 3 port which at that price point has to have.

If you can still find this at stores at a discount, go all for it! The 3 & 4 aren’t much of a difference. This laptop is on heavy used since I bought it. Music production/editing on a daily basis. The battery is good, I don’t carry my charger around but you’ll need to give it a charge maybe every other night if you’re a heavy user.

Exactly what I need as a 5 day a week traveler. Light and powerful.

Purchased this item as a holiday gift for my daughter. I wasn't sure if the processor could handle her college workload especially her Drafting/3D Modeling/Video Editing Courses. Well, this laptop performed much better than expected and has passed the test thus far. Take a look at this model if you're in search of a more cost-effective alternative.

Great replacement for a standard laptop. The keyboard is a little smaller than a standard laptop but if you won't be typing a novel it will work just fine (if you are typing a novel, get an external keyboard). Screen is bright, computer is not flimsy, made extremely well. Performance is what you would expect with an SSD, i7 and 16GB of Ram.

I've been a Mac guy for the last 15 years or so but I had to get a laptop with Windows 10 for work. So I decided to get this model since it has the 16gb of RAM. It handles everything I throw at it so far. Powers multiple monitors, has no problem running multiple applications with lots of tabs open. I love the matte black look. Best looking laptop I've ever seen. The glossy screen takes a little getting used to but it's growing on me. I like the keyboard/touchpad...no issues there. I do wish it had just one more USB port. And the battery doesn't last nearly as long as advertised. Not the biggest deal in the world for me personally but really my only complaints. Each day I learn more and more about Windows and I'm liking what it has to offer. I have no doubt this laptop will last me many years.

Excellent laptop. Speedy startup, clean interface, amazing build quality, and even runs photoshop well enough considering its specs. I also adore the textured, soft keyboard backing. This is my third surface device. While I prefer the power and functionality of the surface book, the value vs price is possibly higher here. Would recommend.
