I fell in love with the sleek design and how well it is able to handle my games. I tend to binge watch shows on my laptop and this has been able to last me for the whole day when I binge watch. It’s light for travel which is great since I’m a full time student and need to do homework whenever I can between work.

Loving the Surface laptop – very fast and the screen is beautiful. My Surface Pro pen works well with it too, so that’s a big bonus. Haven’t done much drawing yet, but like the feel of the pen on the screen. The keyboard is not too loud and had a great keystroke feel to it. Appreciate the low-med-high options for the backlight brightness. Touch screen is very responsive. The matte black version is gorgeous but very slippery – need to add rubber strips to the bottom, would hate to cover up completely with a case.

I am a big fan of the Microsoft Surface laptops. It's fast, the touch screen is great, and I really like the sleek design. I have had no issues so far.

this works perfect for my needs. checking the news, stocks, visiting emails etc...

This is a big jump in quality for me. I am on a huge learning curve, but loving it. Aside from all the great technology, it is so wonderfully light weight. Also, my salesperson was soooo knowledgeable and helpful and spent a lot of time with me to helped me find the right system for me! Brett McDuffie in Annapolis, MD...you are awesome!!!

Very pleased with the Surface. Thin, light weight, and attractive. Seems to be very well made, all metal case. Screen is very easy to read. Did not buy the larger SSD as most data/work is cloud based. Old laptop did not have SSD, like how quickly the Surface boots. Strongly recommend this computer.

Really love my Surface Laptop 3. I have the Surface Go tablet and wanted a bigger screen. for ease of typing quickly. This is just perfect and holds the charge for long periods of use.

I like this laptop. Seems easy to use. Is easy to store. Only thing I don't like is that it only has 1 USB port> Would be perfect if it had 1 more port.

Easy to use and set up. Only complaint is I have been unable to set up a third monitor and I’m not sure why when everything I read says it capable of handing that.

So far I love this laptop! Very lightweight and I love the touch screen ability. Currently use it with my surface pen.

A well overall office/work laptop, not for heavy graphic intensive games

Good product but not enough ports. However we haven't had it long enough to get the full experience.

I purchased my laptop sometime in August 2020. It’s now March 2021. I purchased the laptop for the sole purpose of school use. I’m crafty as well so I wanted a laptop that I can also use for personal designs as well. This laptop was the best purchase decision so far. Not only do I use it for school and personal designs, I also use it for Zoom meetings as well. I have nothing to complain about right now.

This laptop is light, powerful, dependable and a good value for the price.

The Microsoft gentleman & Best Buy techs were extremely helpful. This was our first time purchase of a laptop. It was for our daughter who will he starting college this fall. They showed & explained all brands & different functions... which helped in our decision.

Excellent computer and very easy to setup and use. I upgraded from the first generation surface book and love the expanded features including USB-C port, and battery life. I didn't really ever use the detachable screen, so this is a great computer for what I need.

Love it- I was skeptical about not having a 2-1 computer but didn’t like the surface 2-1 option- it’s clean and it’s soooo light and still has the touch screen - so far I haven’t missed the 2-1 option yet!

Good laptop and price. Plenty of storage and speed is very good. Only bad mark is it has one standard sized USB drive, one micro-USB drive, and no SD drive. I wish it had at least two standard USB drives but that is the only negative (and a small one).
