It's thin and lightweight, but solid and very sleek. It travels well in my briefcase and I can even take it to meetings without the battery pack with confidence in the battery life. The touch screen is a great feature and I do use it, but the trackpad is the perfect sensitivity without errant, unintended clicks. Overall, I would buy this laptop 10 more times. I only wish it had a wider keyboard with a number pad, but that would be my ONLY complaint with this machine.
