    This was a great laptop when I had it, it had all the specs I wanted for work, nice color, build, battery life, and portability. The only one on the market with a 3:2 screen so it was perfect for productivity. Unfortunately, I have to report that the screen just cracked in 1 year 1 month after owning it, conveniently out of the manufacturer's warranty. This is an issue that has persisted from the previous Surface Laptop 3, where screens were brittle and cracked to the point where Microsoft was offering free replacements. This time they're asking for $400 to repair, which is pretty much half of the cost of this machine. I must add that I baby this product, it lives on a desk and doesn't experience any type of activity that would induce this trauma. Buyer beware, if you're okay with 6-8 hairline cracks suddenly appearing, then this is a great device. Otherwise, do what you can -- screen protector, insurance, etc. because it will happen to you.

    Exactly what I was looking for, 16 GB of Memory and a 6 Core Processor. You cannot beat it for the Price, the compact size and portability. The Keyboard and TrackPad are amazing. A definite Win in every catagory

    Microsoft Surface products are the absolute best all around laptop on the market right now at this price point. Multitasking is a breeze and it can even run some basic games. I’ve played the Batman Arkham series with no lag whatsoever. For those into music production, FL Studio runs very well on this one. Battery life is great, too.

    The surface laptop series so far has been really good. Its sleek, lightweight, and looks dope. Im not sure if any issues will come in the future but for now i like it. Highly recommended.
