This laptop is used for daily working purpose. I also have cloud storage subscription. The setup of this laptop is working with that purpose. Working well so far.

People think that they have to have a computer with professional specs. But the average person would never use all that power for as long as they own the device. But I get it, most people want to future proof their investment. But the way I see it, no matter how much you spend. You're going to upgrade within 4 to 5 year's anyway so why not think about what you're going to be doing with it in the first place. Most apps are optimized for low powered devices anyway so you'll never need a high end device to start with. But hey, I can't tell you how to spend your money. But for me, I only keep a device for about two years anyway because I love new technology. But for the average person this is a great product.

easy to use the setup took me a little longer than expected but it works great it has very fast speed and i like the weight of the computer too. the battery stays charged a long time

Great laptop. Terrible support. My A key broke and when I took it back to Best Buy for support, they said they couldn't fix it and Microsoft doesn't have a part to replace it with so I had to buy an external keyboard to use the laptop.

Great, reliable, can be a little slow at times if you have a lot of things running, however such an issue can be avoided if you buy the version with 16gb of RAM. Otherwise great device.

Light weight, very fast, handles multiple processes without delay. One thing I wish it was backlit keyboard. Setup was easy. Bestbuy should also offer a cheaper version of Microsoft Office Suite especially with Microsoft products.

Great slim laptop for regular school/college work. Was a great and cheaper alternative to apples MacBook but with a cheaper price tag and still having great quality.

This product is great, according to my son. I have never seen it in use however, My son uses this for his school, he loves it! It was so good I purchased another for my daughter.

I love this computer! Compact, simple to set up & so easy to use. I've had HP's, Chromebook & this is the best.

Been using this for two weeks. So far its been good. I'm impressed with windows hello. It actually does face recognition well. Trackpad needed some setting changes as it is much larger than on my previous laptop. Pretty fast loading webpages.

The laptop is a huge upgrade for me. Its a smaller screen than I've had in the past but after several days of using the size adjustment was made and was no longer a factor. One feature that is really a very welcome change is the reduced weight and how thin it is. This allows for me to be more flexible as to taking it wherever I go and the circumstances under which I use it. I'm still getting used to its many features but I can see we will be good friends moving forward

This is a great computer. My daughter got the same one for college. I am really impressed. Fast, and easy to use. Set up was a breeze.

The battery life meh the internet connectivity meh probably would not get an AMD processor again. love the touch screen and how light weight it is

I bought this laptop for my first year of college and I’m so happy i went with this one. It is fast and easy to work with.

Returned it because I don't like the idea of getting the palmrests all full of dirt. Probably a good device though lol
