Been more than 2 years still working fine no issues

I cannot express my appreciation for the trade in program from Best Buy. At the 699 price, which was a deal in itself, my old MacBook Air was eligible for trade in. Now to the product. Excellent display, beautiful aluminum finish and Alcantara cover. The original price of 999 to me was and is extremely expensive. Thanks Best Buy

I prefer the laptop to the tablet surface and still like this one… still have my older one as well

The photos on the site show a metal keyboard that isn't even available on this model. Purchased, waited forever, and recieved an Alcantara keyboard. If you don't mind the Acantara keyboard, it is still a great deal, nice lightweight laptop with a great screen and good speakers. Returning tomorrow, totally disappointed.

Slim and compact! This is a great system to have around for me to work at home when I’m not at the office. Easily installed Microsoft office and works good with our wireless Internet. I’m slowly getting better with managing the difference between a laptop and IPad as other then at work have been strictly using IPads at home.

No complaints so far going into a year of owning . Thought I'd need the bigger storage but not yet. Sales manager at a retail store. Work use mainly. Only down side is not very bright when watching videos but not a deal breaker for me.

Needed a pc laptop to work with apps that wouldn’t work on apple. My husband has a surface pro that I loved using. This is the right size and super fast with no lag time. Was on sale for great price. The palm rest are perfect

Bought this as a gift for my dad. It works well for everything he needs. I wanted to get him something simple yet powerful enough for his work and his leisure time at home. It's very comfortable to use and easy to setup. No complaints so far!

Laptop holds a great charge. Got this as a gift for My wife who is a teacher. She says she is able to access files that are both local on USB flash drives and files that are on network folders. This device is great at home and on the go

I have a Surface at work, and decided to pick one up for myself. Very nice product, great battery life, nice screen, plenty of power to run all software that I need to run. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

I bought this for my wife who needed a laptop at a reasonable price. After a month I asked her how it was working out for her and she said it was perfect for what she needed . Good enough for me . I would recommend

This computer is super user friendly and is awesome for people who maybe aren't so tech savey but is also capable of handling more advanced programing with ease as well i love it!!

This is the best computer I've purchased in a long time. It makes tasks very quickly and the battery like is outstanding. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone in the market.

Exceptional product. Not a MAC person- and won’t become one. Was sick of the cheap laptops that die in a year or two. Surface Pro was recommended and I am so glad I went with that advice. You won’t regret buying this very versatile but complete, technology. Also- for the first time- an employee explained the technical support package Best But offers- this time we bought it

So far, no complaints. The touch screen is a nice added feature. I have not had any major issues or concerns pop up yet. But I have only had the Surface a month. I hope new laptop lasts a long time, my old laptop is still barely running, and I had it for 7 years.

Amazing~ got it on sale and everything is perfect. The keyboard is my favorite as its sooo nice to type on. LOVE IT!

This laptop is incredible I love the touch screen and clarity is incredible. I use it for work and it is highly capable and can do everything I need.
