trackpad does not work well but i love the touchscreen aspect of the laptop; its very convenient as a student

It replaced an older Surface pro 3 after the SSD failed. With me running CAD this machine has been doing well as well as being used as a backup chart Plotter for my boat. Has plenty of ram and windows 11 is a pleasure to use.

Have been using this model for a year at work. No problems. Light, quiet, and screen is clear. Reliable model for remote work settings with lots of virtual meetings.

Love it. I upgraded to the laptop from the surface Pro and I’m completely satisfied. I really didn’t use it as a tablet and laptop is so much faster and convenient with all the features accept the tablet conversion function.

Doesn't hold a long charge. The charger is difficult to insert. Keyboard does not light up. Difficult to open. On top of that my saved files are not correct. Not using One Drive because multiple copies of the same file are being save. Disappointed and stressed out with this transition from Surface Pro to the Surface Laptop.

I had a Surface Pro 4 for many years and loved it. This time I decided to go with the laptop version of the Surface, and so far no regrets. Excellent speed (I have the i7, 16gb, 256 HD). Screen is superb and easy to read.

Hey can’t give 5 until I have it a while, the surface laptop 1 was a big disappointment as it had battery issues. I’ll know better in a year if that issue is resolved, but as my wife has a version 2 after her version 1 had battery issues too and it’s running fine I’d say the issue is resolved.

This Laptop is very useful and is very easy and good to use when working and I find it to be easily useable and transportable anywhere I go if you know you know.

This is my 2nd Surface and they are well made and are outstanding laptops. A bit pricy compared to some other small laptops but I believe worth the difference due to features and capabilities.

Great laptop. Sadly for some reason it does not support wireless display... which a laptop 1/3 the cost most likely does... otherwise its a great light weight machine.

We use these throughout our company and love them and the ability to use a dock that is so easy to connect. BIG ISSUE!!! The battery likes to swell and causes a bowing effect after about 12 months of use. We have had this happen numerous times and Microsoft says its out of warranty. Pretty messed up!!

I love the Surface Laptop. This is my second one. My first one I gave to my daughter when her Mac went belly up. I waited until just after Christmas and bought this as an open box item (Excellent Condition) and saved myself about 400.00. It really is a great personal laptop. The graphics are great, you can watch movies, check email, surf the web and anything you tend to do on a laptop. I highly recommend this Microsoft product.

Love the Surface Laptop 4, now that I have it working. Had to replace the first one I got with some blue-screen problems. But it's really a great form factor, fast, and suits my purposes.

I love my new laptop. I was not sure how I was going to like the Microsoft Surface Pro Laptop but I have no complaints. It’s gorgeous too.
