I use my laptop for school and it works perfectly for this purpose. I have used it for many online classes and had no problems. The touch screen is a great addition and helpful when zooming in and out. The keyboard and area next to the mousepad feel great as well.

For office work and productivity this beats most windows laptops, and definitely most chromebooks. Great screen resolution, solid keyboard and responsive trackpad. What I didn't like was the Alacantra feeling was definitely weird and not durable with lots of flex - much prefer a metal build. Laptop got heated quickly, and fans were always on. Battery lasted ~5 hours browsing and typing, far less with anything intense and got real hot underneath. Considering this is a custom 2+ year old Ryzen chip, it really is showing it's age and there are much better deals out there. If you can manage to snag an open box then it might be worth it.

My 5 year old Asus laptop was showing issues, so started looking. After lots or research, went into BB to get some 'touch' input. I found the salespeople (3X) extremely helpful and love the 'not pushy' o. Cost was somewhat a concern, but its rating and speed when I tried sealed the deal. I am very happy with it. Of course Microsoft's change to an ANNUAL subscription just to have word, etc sucks.

Bought this for myself for school and work and its amazing! Have always been an IOS person and love this system! Only wish I didn’t have to have to have a google device account to put some apps on it. But fantastic machine!

I bought this for college and so far it's working great. The screen is bright and clear, and having it as a touch screen is a serious bonus! The touch pad is very sensitive but I'm sure I can adjust that later.

Excellent Laptop. Easy to use. Lightweight, not a heavy device. Reasonable price compared to other similar laptops. I would recommend this laptop to anyone.

My 18 yr old loves it! She is going from high school to college. Its perfect size. She loves everything about it! Not too bulky or heavy. She loves the keyboard. Very sturdy. Touch screen.

Overall a great laptop. The graphics are nice, it runs smoothly while working and the battery lasts a very long time. The only thing I thought that it could improve is the touch screen, it’s laggy and unresponsive at times. Besides that it’s a great laptop.

Awesome machine. Runs fast, can handle multiple programs running at the same time. The soft texture on the keyboard feels great on your hands while typing. Hands down best laptops on the market.

So far this laptop is great. It's fast. lightweight and powerful. I had to purchase this laptop when my Surface Pro died. I like Microsoft's Surface products.

This laptop is the perfect one for me. I use Microsoft at work so I was familiar with its uses. It was easy to set up. I still have to spend some time figuring all its functions out but so far I enjoy it.

I have purchased several Microsoft Surface devices for my company. This latest version is of the same premium quality as the previous versions. The Ryzen processor easily meets the demand of everything I throw at it, including program development. Battery life is definitely better than the previous as well.

I bought this Laptop for my daughter and she loves it. She does her homework and also does design on it.
