I currently use Macs (both laptops and desktop) so I needed something that was efficient and not overly expensive. I have been learning the systems and I love the touchscreen option.

It's very lightweight and easy to navigate when needed. Would definitely recommend this laptop. I didn't need anything too crazy or over the top as far as performance, but this machine has definitely exceeded my needs.

But I'm glad that the rep who helped that day when I bought took the time to explain the features and benefits compared to other laptops

I used to RDP from the laptop to the more powerful basement PC. Now I just use this surface laptop for everything. Works great with fusion360. Windows 11 isn't nearly as bad as the stories online. I do wish it had at least one more USB port and an SD slot though...

I decided to update to the 4. and I absolutely love this upgrade. The display and mouse pad is amazing and the processing system works seamlessly
