Its lightweight and nice that ventilation is not exhausted out the bottom of the laptop so you can actually using it in your lap. This is my second surface laptop and I'm very happy with the purchase. Both work well well with the Surface Dock 2 to project to my 42" 4K TV.

I have very few trouble shooting issues with this laptop. My only complaints are that it does not come with a large enough screen or enough ports to use in an office setting without purchasing a docking station.

No frills design as is typical. Blazingly fast with the I7 chip. Screen is super crisp and bright. Black matte does show fingerprints too easily.

I sad that it came with Windows 10 preloaded even after months of releasing Windows 11 OS. MS should have shipped the laptops with Windows 11 & necessary tweaks required for better efficiency.

This is why we chose the surface 4 as our new upgrade. These are great laptops; sure we could have gone with a lesser brand and lower priced one but the micro-soft surface has proven to be a reliable product; we chose to get it from Best buy as we did the surface 2 that we bought several years ago.
