I purchased 2 Dell computers before this of the Dell Computers we purchased had to be returned for the same touchpad issue and we got this. So far it is ok. At least the touchpad works!!

We bought this for my son to use in college. The first 2 weeks all was well but now my son is experiencing difficulty getting the laptop to charge. The charger has to be in just the right position to keep charging. The light will flash off and on. He hasn’t had a chance to get it looked at to find out what the problem Is as he is at an out of state college and still getting to know the area. We paid for a nice laptop so he wouldn’t have this problem while he is so far away from home. Very disappointed

I have been a major Microsoft Surface fan. Been using surface since Surface Pro 3. I work in IT and do all the purchasing. I have purchased and managed 100s of Surace Pros. Recently I decided to purchase a Surface Laptop for personal use. First one worked great but had a dead digitizer(touch screen) out of the box. Working in IT i know thing just break sometimes. I gave it a week as i loved the laptop and dont use touch screen often....but for that price it should work and I returned it. Second laptop on first day started blue screening. Tried everything, reset to factory and same issue. After some reading it seems others had this issue. Needed this laptop to work on a project and spent 7 days doing support and returns that i should have apwnt on my project. Ended up switching brands and not sure I will ever use Microsoft hardware again. Sad as I've spent 100s of thousands of dollars on their hardware and was a huge fan and now I question their QC and just extremely disappointed.

Screen fluttered, backlit keyboard wouldn't stay lit. Returned to retailer.

Great looking computer. Only had this computer for 1 month and when I turned it on the 4th time , a black screen was displayed. There was a hardware issue but Best Buy resolved my issue satisfactorily.

The Surface Laptop 4 comes with only one USB-A port and one USB-C port. I was prepared to accept this awkward limitation, but the USB-C port failed completely after just a few weeks. (Yes, the USB-C devices I am using work fine on other computers, and I reinstalled and updated the USB drivers.)

Screen time is limited to 4 hours. Very disappointed
