Use mainly for work but downloading my first game since traveling for work to give it a try shouldn't have a problem off stats.

This was a gift for my grandfather. He likes it a lot. He has a very easy time using it. Hes very happy with the speed and display.

Originally disappointed that he Surface laptop 3 was sold out so spent a couple more hundred dollars on the surface laptop 4 and it was well worth it. Love the look and feel of the laptop as well as the expansive screen. New to AMD Ryzen products but loving it so far.

The aspect ratio and build quality are the best features of this device. It’s a very fast, capable laptop, if you are not looking to game or do Video editing. I mostly work in an IDE and compile moderately sized projects.

I purchased this Laptop in 2022. I use it every day and push it to its limits and it's still running great. My only downside is the lack of port options which causes you to need to purchase a dock which isn't cheap.

Very thin, light laptop. I like the rigid screen, tight hinge and all metal chassis. Feels like a high-quality device. The BestBuy salesman told me that since it is a Microsoft manufactured device, that the relatively low RAM (8GB memory) was not a disadvantage: the memory usage is optimized. Since I have M365 and store my documents on OneDrive (the cloud), the smaller SSD size (256G) is adequate - especially since Microsoft charges about $500 more for the larger SSD (512GB).

This is a great buy and value for money. Features are awesome. Speedy and easy to use. Recommend for office and personal use.

The product totally fits my needs, both in speed and allowing multiple apps to be open simultaneously.

Very Happy with my purchase. Great set up through Geek Squad transferring all my data. I like the larger screen; my previous Surface was smaller.

Works wonders. But sometimes when I try to move my data into a hard drive, it shuts down on me. Only problem I’ve had so far.

Microsoft Surface laptops, tablets, etc are simply the best PC I have ever owned. Everything works all the time. It updates properly with no hassles. Nothing to configure, it all just works.

Probably way more advanced then I needed, but I will work into it. Nice compact design and lightweight. Great touchscreen.

A really great computer. Was very easy to set up and gives you the choice to load W11 or stay with W10. I would highly recommend going with W11. I setup two of these machines with no issue at all. This is a superfast machine!! Both in the time it takes to turn on, and then just overall usage. The 15" screen is a great size and is easily scalable. I would highly recommend this machine. It was a great buy being on sale.
