Absolutely love this laptop. I got it open box good for $650 and it was in excellent condition with no issues. Two years strong and it’s still going.

So far, loving my new Microsoft Surface laptop. It is light and very portable. I love the Face ID. The battery seems to have a long life. It was very user friendly during the set up process. So far no complaints!

I love the brand, it is the second one I buy but they seem to have an issue with screen. The first one still works but the screen flickers a lot after being on for awhile. I notice the light or brightness of the screen goes up and down in the new one, enough for me to notice.

So far, everything about this laptop is great! It runs smoothly, touch screen is super convenient, and while I opted for the bigger screen it’s still not too heavy. Would recommend!

Battery life drains very quickly if you are a college student I recommend going with something cheaper. Running zoom meetings and a few tabs on a little above half brightness will literally drain the battery from 80% to 70% in 25 minutes. There was an issue when I was trying to update the laptop it was glitching out so I had to manually search for the update due to the glitch not letting me access the features on the lower right corner. $1300 for a device that is not performing as it should is very very disappointing.

Finally upgraded my computer after having a surface book for the last five years. This model is so thin and super fast. Could use a few more ports but nothing you can’t add with an accessory.

Very happy with my purchase. It was within my budget and available when I needed it. The salesperson was very helpful in helping me making my final decision. The speed is top notch and it is lightweight and has all the features I was looking for

It is a decent laptop. I am not impressed with the processing speed especially considering it is an AMD Ryzen 7 but otherwise I'm happy with the unit. Very happy with the ports on the side of the computer.

This laptop is exactly what I needed. It’s fast, the display is VERY crisp, it’s aesthetically appealing & its touch screen option is very precise.

Replaced an older model that was slow and unable to get new updates. This new model is fast and more than capable of running my applications.

Have only had it for few days but so far it’s everything I need in a laptop. Keyboard is easy to use, very good battery life and screen is clear and vivid.

Needed help to set up because I am not as tech sevy as my daughter. Took her a couple tries to get it up and running.

The Microsoft-Surface Laptop 4-15" replaced a touch-screen laptop that was about 4 years old. This model is much more user-friendly, especially when typing with the ability to disable the "mouse" touchpad. This keeps everything in place and in order on the pages and alleviates a great deal of frustration. It's lightweight for better portability and USB-A and B connection ports.

my computer is like any other, its new its nice and it works good for now. I like it and that's what counts

Bought this to help a co-worker who needed to work from home. Needed good graphics to support CAD work. Worked very well for our application.
