This is a great laptop. Design, screen, keyboard all work very well and look great. The battery life is not outstanding but it does well enough to get you through the day

I honestly love how high-tech this device is and how light weight it is. It can easily fit in my backpack even if it is packed with books and papers!

Perfect for college students, great for researching topics, submitting assignments, storage, etc. lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. Battery life isn’t extremely long but there’s a low power mode option.

I love it! It does everything that I need and it's lightweight and I can take it anywhere. My biggest is the facial recognition. I think that's so nice that I can just open up and it can see me and there I am and it walks me in.

I purchased this item to use in my classroom at school. I love it! It's very lightweight, making it easy to walk around the room holding it while I help my students who are using iPads.

This is my third Surface and it is again very good, as expected. I practically live on my notebook, so quality, durability and ease of use are important. I have no patience for other manufacturers' useless shells that complicate things.

This is my second Surface. My first was 10 years ago and it is still going. This one is everything I need, and I like the color options.

We purchased this computer for my son, who is going to college. He has commented on the ease of learning all of its features and especially likes the keyboard's design and material.

Great laptop overall for what we needed. The only complaint I have is that it only has one USB port and no HDMI port. This requires me to buy extra accessories that I would have liked to avoid, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker with this.

Love my new computer! Great customer service. They explained everything in easy language to understand and the benefits for having coverage, the geek squad, the difference between individual vs. Microsoft office and virus protection etc. At the time they didn’t have my computer in stock. So they made all the arrangements with another local Best Buy for me to get it. I was able to drive and get my computer within the hour. I am very pleased with my purchase.
