Great laptop overall for what we needed. The only complaint I have is that it only has one USB port and no HDMI port. This requires me to buy extra accessories that I would have liked to avoid, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker with this.

Love my new computer! Great customer service. They explained everything in easy language to understand and the benefits for having coverage, the geek squad, the difference between individual vs. Microsoft office and virus protection etc. At the time they didn’t have my computer in stock. So they made all the arrangements with another local Best Buy for me to get it. I was able to drive and get my computer within the hour. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Gorgeous laptop. It does not make any noise and starts up super fast! Perfect screen size. I am so obsessed and would totally buy this same laptop again.

This is my third Surface, and the others still work. The reason I give it 4 rather than 5 stars is the digital fighting between MS and googs that is ridiculous and wastes my time. Grow up, MS!

Really great laptop. Love the color and its sumple enough for me since I'm not the best with technology. If you're like me it takes a bit to learn everything about it but its not very difficult :)
