Bought it for my husband, he loves it, great and super lighthearted laptop.

Loving it so far! Great for what is needed at college.

Does everything advertised. Lightweight and great battery life.

My daughter picked this out for college. She wanted small and lightweight, and this laptop is both those things. What really sealed the deal is the shape and size of the screen. It's square rather than rectangular, so it is taller than most similarly sized laptops. The issue is that this color of this model comes with a rubbery material on the keyboard called Alcantara. It is not pleasant to touch, and we didn't think it would wear well. The pictures on bestbuy.com are inaccurate (they show a plain keyboard) and the content doesn't mention Alcantara. So, we returned it, and got a different color (the other 3 colors of this model do not have this material covering). But my daughter really wanted the platinum color, so it was disappointing. And, shame on best buy for the poor merchandising. We told their customer service they have the wrong images and product content online; the online merchants should've gotten that message and investigated (and fixed) the issue.

Good overall performance, has a hiccup when serching though a web browser

I love the look! It feels just like a Mac book. I wish I would have gotten the 15 inch instead of the 13–it feels a bit small. My last computer was a 15 inch and I loved it. So, I’m adjusting. I also wish it was a bit faster, i7 is a little faster then i5, but the 512 SSD may make the computer a bit slower.

This is a review of Best Buy selling an open box product rated as “Excellent” yet it was missing parts and screws.

Not a great experience.. not connecting properly to 2 monitors.. for sure doesn't worth the price

Classic laptop. 13.5 inch laptop with 32 GB RAM could have been even more superior. That is a feedback to Microsoft. They need to have 32GB RAM in the size. The spatial sound, resolution, computing is at par with Macs..

Simply good. I have the surface 4 formula work and was very impressed by it, and decided to buy this surface 5 for personal use. The color is awesome. Wish it was a little more greener like the photos show.

Excellent product for regular usage and also good for IT

The product itself is excellent in appearance and functionality, only except the case for the charger is a bit too small, making the packaging of the charger difficult for someone who would prefer to keep the charger's case for proper storing.

I have loved my new computer so much so far. I had originally wanted this computer in Sage green. When I got it it looked almost silver, so I returned it and went with the black. The computer is amazing. I am so happy to have switched from a Mac to a windows.

Love the slick look and also packed with features. Highly recommend it.

The laptop is great but was not pleased with the delivery process. Best Buy used UPS and they delivered my laptop to the wrong house and the notification did not even include a picture. Luckily at the wrong house was a honest neighbor who brought it over to me.
