Perfect balance! Like a luxury watch timepiece

Very sturdy look and feel of the laptop. Gorgeous Beautiful bright 400 nits display. The only small downside is that the keyboard is a bit squishy and non-tactile.

Not a fan of how you have to pay subscription for Microsoft 365 items but it looks like everyone is moving towards that type of transaction. I replaced my MacBook with this. I used it for 3 years and finally I had enough. It is not very easy to maneuver like a Microsoft product. This one opens up with just my face! Pretty nifty

Overpriced, Not Enough Ports

I am also not impressed with the battery life or proprietary charger. It was too late to return the laptop so I held on to it for work since my program required windows or mac. Now that I no longer use that program for work and was issued a work laptop, I'll be using a chromebook plus (Acer gaming chromebook with a USB-C charger) for my personal browsing and paying bills online. I will be regifting this laptop to my soon-to-be teen for heavy gaming to feel I am getting my money's worth.

The staff that I worked within the store were professional, knowledgeable yet friendly. The Geek Squard staffer had a lot of patience with my lack of tech knowledge. The only thing I did not like was not getting Geek Squard help in a timely manner.

Purchased for college student pursuing engineering degree and has more than enough functionality to allow for course work and specialized software requirements.
