    The laptop has met my needs and is performing well. It was a gift to my granddaughter as she is in nursing school. Best Buy continues to sell the best products and has the best service in the business.

    Love this laptop. Was a Dell PC user for years but became disappointed in quality of the 2n1s. The Surface laptop so far has been a gem. Sleek and responsive to what I need it to do. My learning curve was with Windows 11. I bought another one for my grandson

    Microsoft Pro is my favorite brand for laptop. Easy to work on. I like the appearance and easy to handle.

    It's overpriced for what it is. It's basically a Mac, but windows. Battery life in sleep mode is abysmal, though. I use it about 2 or 3 times a week, but the battery dies.

    The first laptop would not boot up by IT department so it was replaced by another store located in Louisville right away!

    So far ok. Tough moving from desktop to laptop. This laptop has a couple nuances that were tricky to figure out. Wish it had more than one USB port.

    It's good. I love Microsoft computers. It charges very fast. My only issue is it does have a short battery life so I do have to charge frequently
