Fast but terrible battery life

But this i7 15 inch model battery life is terrible I get 3.5 hrs streaming YouTube or tubi Netflix videos or 2hrs with heavy to moderate video editing but it does perform fast battery life is the double downer for this device

Three weeks, PC still not completely setup

Auto save inhibits save as, figured it out by turning off. This only one, many more. Geek squad only semi-helpful. Scheduling painful, haven't tried online yet.

Wrong Charger Surface 5 Open Box "Good" condition

Geek Squad put they logo sticker to cover real power supply specs. I paid almost $600.

Its not easy if i have to carry around the charger, laptop and a HUB!!!! Plenty of room for more ports. Microsoft is turning into apple and i hate it! Returned within the first week because for $1000 i can find plenty of laptops with great port selections. Microsoft if you see this do better! Dont be apple! Listen to our concerns!
