My main use for this laptop was to be able to have conference calls on zoom while simultaneously working on docs on the side. This laptop gets the job done. The keyboard is easy to use, the speaker is load, the touchscreen is wonderful. The only con is when multitasking, I can hear the fan pretty loudly. It’s worth spending the extra money for the i5, 128gb processor.
