I bought this laptop because I’m starting college and needed something fast and light, and this definitely fits the bill. We looked at a LOT of options, and this seemed to be the best. It has quite a bit of power and storage, and the price is way lower than some other computers we looked at that have less and are quite a bit more expensive. My old computer is a tank, and it’s way too slow to use for college. Compared to that, this thing was sent straight from heaven. I love it, I’ve already done my church’s Vacation Bible School slide show on the pre-installed movie maker, and I can’t wait to see what other features I can use for college. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was that you can’t get Google Chrome without having to disable a function that is supposed to make your computer run more smoothly. It’s not hard to do, it tells you how, and you can you can enable it again after I think. However Microsoft Edge, the pre-installed browser, is great, I honestly like it better than Chrome anyway. Also, if you choose ice blue, be prepared for it to be ICE blue. It’s very light, almost silver. Still very pretty though. If you’re looking for a college laptop, and honestly even if you’re looking for a good laptop for work or personal life, I would 100% recommend this computer.

I just love it! I looked at long time for something this size and this light and just wasn't ready to spend close to $900 bucks after taxes. Somehow my Best buy sales guy was just right on to it and found me the last one in gold which is so pretty. I paid just under $600. It's perfect for what I need to just hop around the house or hop onto an airplane where it worked perfectly and linked to the in-air entertainment and my Bose 700s seamlessly! I bought it on early Black Friday and highly recommend it if you're looking for a cute lightweight computer you can hold open with one hand while holding your papers or your cocoa (or both) in the other. Bonus to have Bluetooth and a touch screen! I couldn't believe it for the price, seriously I was ready to give up the touch screen so I was thrilled it came with a touch screen!

I got this computer last year for my birthday. For the first 6 months, this computer was great. It loaded quickly, the battery was satisfying, and the screen was clear. I also used it to play over 60 hours of Stardew Valley and had no issues other than the fan coming on. CONS A few months ago, whenever I was watching youtube, I realized that the computer would start overheating, and the video wouldn't be as clear. I had to start bringing my charger to school as the battery no longer lasted all day. This leads me to a different area, the charger sucks. It disconnects from the computer so easily, and just has an awkward fit in my opinion. I've also had a few instances where the screen would just refuse to come on, and the screen would flash. Often, running websites in chrome was slow, and glitchy. Typing on it can also get a bit uncomfortable after a while. PROS One of the best things about this computer is how big the screen is for the size, it makes viewing things very convenient. It's very nice to look at. It's small size makes it easily portable and it can fit in most bags. The modern, and sleek look of it makes it appear as a nicer computer than it actually is. The speakers on the computer get pretty loud. I would recommend it for watching shows/movies. However, it's not the best for listening to music out loud. The screen gets really bright. FINAL As long as you have no issue with the fan running, taking a charger with you everywhere, and sometimes sacrificing screen quality, I would say that this laptop is good for its value. I primarily used it for school, very light gaming, and entertainment purposes and it performed those well enough.

In the past year I have gone through 2 Laptop computers. Unfortunately that saying you get what you pay for is true, I cannot express how HAPPY I am with this device. The picture doesn't do it justice it is very beautiful. I have the Ice Blue model Specs 10th Gen intel core i5 processor 128GB. Very fast, EXTREAMLY responsive one of if not the best computers "window" computers that is...I have ever had. The crazy part is that this is considered one of their budget models and the budget laptops I have gotten in the past TRULY are budget. This one feels different from boot up until I am finish working on the device. $600+ no isn't cheap, however then again that saying you get what you pay for rings true; a little more for a more reliable computer is well worth it. Great for kids who are learning from home, Great for work at homers like myself. Yes, you can even play games I played The Sims game, which isn't using near as much graphics or cpu as other games ; I found no issues still. My other duds would close out or not respond while playing The Sims. YOU will not be disappointed with this device. I PROMISE.

Best laptop , the surface laptop is so excellent choice for everyone and everything

One of the best laptops I have ever bought. The weight and size is so lightweight and easy to carry around. The features are also amazing especially the fingerprint access. No one can steal and get in.

I got it for my self for my birthday and i use it everyday battery life is amazing, i also use it for cricut desing space and its perfect for it, a must have small and light weight.

Great buy it’s touchscreen, lightweight works great. I use it for streaming my Spectrum App as well as a laptop computer. I shopped around !!! Great price! Great buy love i!!! PS I also connect it to my larger monitor & wireless speakers. This is a pink case I have as well.

Processing speed is awesome I don't have a slag time when opening my device. One problem I am experiencing that is bothersome. Is that it doesn't recognize my fingerprint anymore. Although, my phone and all my apps that are operated with a fingerprint work just fine.

I love this laptop. It has been amazing since i got it two years ago. It works perfectly and the display is beautiful. The battery lasts about 8 hours which is enough for me, as I always have a charger handy anyway

It was my first ever experience with a laptop. Absolutely loved it. I had a data science class plus a history thick curriculum so I was on it nearly 24/7. This was in 2022. It’s 2024 now and it’s still operating amazing

This computer works great. I have had it for two years now and it is my go-to device. It is lighter than most and the battery life is very durable. I extremely recommend.

Great compact moderately priced laptop that is sleek and lightweight.

A nice, small and light laptop. Bought primarily for having around school. It has good enough specs to run more intensive programs such as solidworks and less intensive games. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a decently priced, light laptop who does not want to spend a lot of money on overkill specs.

Very useful. I used for my college work and worked amazingly. Keyboard works great, touch screen is awesome. Absolutely loved this computer

Had no issues besides the hinges becoming stuck when opening the laptop. It’s great for college and simple gaming.

I only had it for a year, and now my laptop will not charge. Now I have to see if I can get a replacement battery.
