Bought this laptop brand new. This laptop is very beautiful. Its sleek and lightweight but it does NOT function like it should. Windows 11 has an issue with the wifi driver. The wifi button would disappear while trying to stream videos on Youtube or in the middle of zoom meetings.The laptop would disconnect from the internet for several hours at a time. I have checked my router and every other device I own seem to function normally except for the laptop. I had to speak to Microsoft several times and go through elaborate steps to uninstall and update the wifi driver. All these problems starting happening a month after purchasing. Best Buy was not able to help me at all and I had to contact Microsoft directly. They sent me a replacement laptop... with the same exact problem. There has been no permanent fix to this problem. So I would not recommend anybody get this specific laptop. I originally purchased this because my mom has the regular Go version which uses windows 10 and I was not a fan of S Mode. This updated version Go 2 with windows 11 is horrible. What's the point if you can't use the internet?

Good laptop but the hinge on mine was messed up from the beginning. It wasn’t much of an issue until 2 months in and the hinge starting breaking apart. Now I can’t return it and warranty won’t cover it, waste of 500 dollars

Really good for students! If you want something portable and nice this is for you. It is pretty fast and lighter than other laptops which is great for those who need to carry it in their bags all day. Its touchscreen and has fingerprint which is super useful. Although a minus is that it can get pretty hot at times if you do too much and battery does not last long.

This laptop has everything I wanted, the battery last long hours given its size, is very light weighed, fair price, and fast. Perfect for carrying around and doing schoolwork. The not so good part is that I think because it is touchscreen, it has a lot of glares. Using indoors is not a problem, but I tried studying outside and it was difficult to see with the sun light. I recommend it!

What I like about this laptop is its ultra light, sleek and classy. love the color and design, although am not a computer savvy but I am always excited to use it and do my work because its fast and battery life last more than 24 hours. it's just awesome.

this computer entirely reshaped the way i act towards windows seldom latent, and the battery is even longer lasting than that if my mac m1 OR m2!!! this is my favorite laptop amidst a lot of fierce competitors, on the upside of 2-3x price. this laptop outperforms them all. great for school or code, a huge step up from a chrome book.

This is a fantastic laptop. First off even though the screen is not Full HD it is so bright crisp and clear I cannot tell the difference. The processor is super-fast and quick browsing the internet, watching movies, streaming music all done effortlessly. While most companies for whatever reason place the speakers underneath the laptop which 99% of the time, I hold in my lap get muffled these speakers are underneath the keyboard and the sound is directed towards you and wow they sound amazing! This laptop is super lightweight and so portable but yet feels so premium. Battery life for me is much improved over its predecessor.
