Great… but broke 6 months into owning it

I bought this laptop for work in May of this year, and now the laptop has completely stopped working. If I can get it fixed, I will change my review because I really do love this laptop and the convenience of it, but I can’t use it if it is broken.

Poorly designed and even worse support.

This system was bought primarily for school work, but with its design flaw cannot be recommended. Plus, the support after said failures was abysmal; Microsoft support would repeatedly hang up on you and never attempt a callback; eventually, when I got to send the unit, they denied its manufacturer defect; poor all-around experience. I will give my money to Apple instead.

I should've gotten the HP

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Charger pops out easily especially because of short length Battery dies quickly Can't bend into tablet mode, rendering touch screen pointless (only more costly to repair if I ever happen to break the screen) Makes an unnecessary amount of noise after a few months Gets hot Windows 11 is a step down from 10 Personal peeve - no right ctrl button ruins my workflow because a lot of my shortcuts relied on it Only good thing about it is that it boots up pretty quickly (only slightly slower than a chromebook), but that should be a given for all "student" laptops and is not that important of a feature to me anyway

I also use it for other things like YouTube and games and it’s pretty fast. Also the overall look of the laptop is so cute.
