Doesn't have long battery life. I have never timed it, but seems to run down pretty quickly. Also, would be a better laptop if it had back lighting on the keys, but of course I knew it didn't have this when I bought it. I had that on previous laptop and didn't realize how much I would miss it.

Great, no issues. Fast laptop, good at multitasking.

Works well. Easy to carry. Only issue is it does not support a computer program used in a college setting.

I got it for school and it works amazingly. It loads everything quickly and easily. I don’t have have to wait more than 30 seconds for a new tab or link to open.

Great lightweight, touchscreen computer. The only complaint I have is the charger, it comes out easily if you move computer but charges pretty quickly. I would recommend to anyone.

Great size for on the go and feel, but not for multitasking.

The speeds are great and the resolution is good it just overheats easy and stays hot longer than other because of lack of ventilation

I bought this laptop for my high school sister and I have one similar to this one only larger and I recommend it to everyone. It’s compatible with many apps, touch screen, and has its own pen (sold separately).

This is honestly the best purchase I’ve made in quite a while! The laptop is not only great looking, but it has multiple features I was not even aware of! I can play Xbox directly on my laptop. Win-Win!

Perfect size to pack in your purse or backpack and PERFECT for on the go!!! I love love love mine, especially the sage green <3 Someone thought it was a MacBook just because it is so beautiful!!! I definitely recommend!

It’s a convenient size not too small, but good enough. Works really well and love all the nice features and design. Especially the fingerprint lock and all the cool colors it comes in.

This has to be the best laptop I've purchased thus far. Being military is hard to purchase a laptop where I can access all military sites without having to purchase other apps. This is perfect.

I bought this for my wife who needed a productivity machine while studying for a Masters program. It's snappy and reliable. Love the Microsoft lineup.

I’ve had it for over a month now it works great. It did have a few glitches where it would shut down and I called customer service which we walked me through restarting it. I haven’t had an issue since.

Got it for school and i absolutely love it. The color on it is beautiful and love the touch screen. Quite affordable for everything it provides.

I use it mainly for school, run apps like Adobe Illustrator and SAS, and have many tabs open. It's been able to hold up great with all of that. My only concern now is that I'm running out of storage, 128GB was not enough for me, but might be for you.

The computer is really fast and convenient. No weird keyboard issues like on some. The only thing I don't really like is how the power cord attaches to the computer. It falls out a lot.

The laptop itself is great, but if you’re a previous Mac user, it doesn’t take a while getting used to. Only complain is the battery life. As a college student, I can get a good 7 hours of usage before needing to plug it in to charge.

Really liked this machine except would have kept it, but the the loose rattling touch pad was a real turn off for me. I use this in a quiet place and the touch pad makes quite a racket when you tap on it. I noted that other reviews have mentioned this and the demo in the store felt the same way so I assume it's inherent. Also, I was surprised to find that the bottom was warping noticeably around the processor area when it heats up and the lid hinge would make snapping and crackling noise when opened. I don't agree that the build quality of this thing is so great. If you don't mind these things, it okay otherwise.
