It’s about time there’s an average laptop that works and runs good. I’m not a Microsoft fan because their products doesn’t last and hold value but I’m surprised by this laptop besides the OS the hardware gives it a premium feel and touch screen is a bonus. If you're using this for surfing the web and basic work, email and online streaming then this is a great buy. Otherwise stick to Apple. Battery use is great but I do wish it had a backlit keyboard.

Amazing little laptop! I use this for grad school and work and have no issues! Battery life lasts my entire work day, and for a small device is super powerful. Highly underrated, 10/10 reccomend

This is my first laptop purchase, and after doing my research I decided on a Microsoft. I’m a college student and this is perfect for my needs at a decent price-point. It’s a great size and lightweight. Audio and camera work well during Zoom meetings. I’ve had the Surface Go for a year now, and I have no complaints thus far. I bought it in the color pink and I have no regrets.

Love this laptop. Small compact easy to use. Over 60 here amd its really nice plug and play features. Nice speed for downloading and streaming. Small enough to carry in a small backpack or sling. Light weight and finctional on many levels Has great technilogy if you need speed or just good ole apps and emailing.

Lite in weight and compact size, but houses alot of power. Great for business and streaming movies

I bought this laptop to supplement the 17" laptop I use in place of a desktop. I am very pleased with both its size and performance. Windows 11 takes a little getting used to, but I am finding more reasons to like it. I was surprised and delighted that my existing wireless mouse immediately worked. So far, nothing not to like about the Surface. I am also happy with the advice on what laptop to get that the Best Buy sales rep provided.

Perfect size, battery lasts for a reasonable time. Fast for every day computing tasks. Cannot beat it.

Awesome little powerhouse laptop; fast, lightweight and easy to carry around

The laptop itself is clean and sexy. The speed is on point, the display is clear, vivid and picture perfect. The touch screen function is a bonus when there’s no time or space for a mouse. This is our third surface in our family and we are all very happy with our individual laptops. We will most likely buy two more so everyone in our house has one.

I love this laptop. It’s efficient for my day to day use, the battery life is amazing, the size is comfortable and lightweight. However, if you’re a split screen kind of worker like myself the screen is definitely on the smaller side but it’s not impossible to get the work done! 10/10 laptop .

I recently purchased an open-box Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 from Best Buy, and I'm quite pleased with my experience. The buying process was smooth and quick; I placed my order around 1pm, and the pickup was ready just an hour later. The condition of the laptop was exactly as described and exactly what I expected for an item listed in "fair" condition. Upon using the laptop, I was immediately impressed by its premium look and feel. The keyboard is a pleasure to type on, with good keystroke response, allowing me to type accurately and comfortably. While the screen is bright enough for my needs, I found its quality to be somewhat lacking for multimedia consumption. However, it serves my purposes perfectly for work and coding. Performance-wise, the laptop handles most basic tasks well. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, especially considering the price. However, I wouldn't recommend buying it at the full MSRP.

I love it because it allows me to do all my school work and it’s compatible to my professors computers and programs without any problem. I love that it’s touchscreen as well it’s the best of both worlds! The color is amazing as well and I absolutely love that I can access Microsoft programs super easy!

The second one I’ve bought. Used every day in the office and also in the field for estimating and scheduling projects. Good battery life. Just the right screen size and quality construction/ materials. This color tint is more pink than expected - will stick with silver or blue going forward.
