Excellent portable although I would have like a larger drive 256 GB. in the laptop when my cell phone has 512 GB - in fact my new phone will have 1 TB when it arrives. Also while the magnetic charger is cute but it is really just one more thing to carry why not use a wall plug with a more common cable like one you already have.

I been using this laptop since November 2022. Everything still works well, the battery life is amazing and lasts very long. I used this majority of the time for school.

Great compact laptop BUT Manufacturer defect present upon startup- A few keyboard keys non responsive AND a few dead pixels on the screen. Also battery charger does not tell you when battery fully charged NOR does the battery symbol tell you estimated time remaining. Little things like these are annoying especially from Microsoft. No quality control!!

Great value for the price. Just what I needed for my on-line learning when I'm not at home or work. This is light enough to carry everyday. I love the fixtures and enjoying Widows 11. I highly recommend for anyone on the go with that needs to be productive and connected.

Perfect fit my requirements. I like the design of the Go 2 --how it feels to hold and type on. I like the touch screen. I had no intention of buying it until I saw it at Best Buy. I was going to buy another HP. After handling the device, it just felt right.

The computer I needed but didn’t know it until I had to get it. I loved my Macbook but it was very limited and that’s something I realized after getting my Surface. I’m very happy with it.

this is a small laptop that feels good to hold and type on. The screen is good although not high resolution. I purchase it for light tasks. If I wanted to open a lot of simultaneous applications, I would have purchased more ram.

College student here!! I bought this laptop last minute as I have online classes and zooms etc. to join and this laptop is magical, it can have over 1000 tabs open and still work wonderfully Im also a gamer and when I play my game it works terrific even though it takes up storage my laptop still works as new as the day I bought it!! I recommend for anyone!!

As much as I wanted to like this laptop it has given me many reasons to return it. It crashed on my on just the first few days of having it, it overheats, and the monitor is also very loud after a while. It also starts tweaking when I am highlighting things. The battery also dies kind of quick Some of the tweaks have interfered with my work which is why I will unfortunately have to exchange this product. I would say some of the few good things is the volume and also the screen quality.

Mint condition device grabbed for a steal price. Love the portability of the laptop which serves the purpose. Microsoft has been at rhw rop of their game for the past few years in terms of build quality and SW.

This laptop has everything you need for a typical office or home office use. It has enough power to run most business applications like office 365, adobe and others.

The best laptop I have had. Never thought I would leave Apple but I love the array of apps and tools that Microsoft offers while also making it easy to navigate!

I had only had this for a few weeks now, but it does everything I need it to do. I travel for work, and this is the PERFECT size for that! I can literally put it in my purse and take it out on a plane. It's small, but not TOO small, where it makes it difficult to work. I have a VPN on here for my job, and that's what I need. I just need access to the internet, word, PP, excel, and the VPN. It's a simple computer for simple jobs. And it's priced right, so there's that!! Cheers and enjoy!

This Microsoft laptop is have a high competition with the apple laptops the similarities is like the same in looks but it’s just better and easier to use.

The latop is very fast and durable so far. The only con is that the laptop keyboard does not have lighting, so it is difficult to use it at night

A great portable laptop for the student or document-heavy worker. A smooth trackpad makes operation a joy to use, and the screen, while lower resolution - is crisp abd bright.
