Haven't had a Windows computer since maybe 2012 (Win7 Basic - so basic you couldn't change your wallpaper). I've had a Chromebook since. I only bought this computer to manage my ebook library (I am not tech savy enough for Linux - I tried and failed, at least not miserably). Windows has definitely come a long way and almost seems as user friendly as WinXP was. Win11 does take some getting used to after the UI of ChromeOS but it's not a terrible adaptation to make.

High quality Touch screen, keyboard on the screen to type in foreign languages, cute magnetic forever never broken charger, perfect compact size for using at home or on hotel bed, light in weight to carry, not overheated, sturdy on any surfaces. Overall it is a very nice computer in appearance and touch. And there are many other good features...

I love this little laptop! Keyboard feels nice, it is a good, compact size, it runs well, and the touchscreen works. My only gripes are: • the charger is this kinda rectangle shape and the charger itself is magnetic, so it is very easy to accidentally pull the charger out of the laptop just by shifting the computer • there is no Control key on the right side of the keyboard (that’s just a me gripe)

Very nice for my daughter who is starting college.

This is my second Surface product. My first Surface lasted almost 8 years. So far I am pleased with this purchase. Does everything I need. Only downside is the finger print scan does not always work great and it does not do the facial recognition like my Surface Tablet did. I use it for basic business functions. Internet access and Microsoft Office applications.

Works Good as i have pruchased two of them in the last 60 days.One For Me and one for my Sister.My is doing the Job i wanted it to do so far.and thanks to Customer service Dept at Saginaw,Mich store they set it up great so my sister could understand hers and use the game of solitare ok. so thanks to mike in saginaw customer service desk

Perfect laptop. I bought mine in 2021 to complete long reports and it’s perfect for the work I do. It’s lightweight and small, so I can take it with me when I’m doing field work. The keys are soft and quiet. I love the touchscreen. I love mine so much I bought this one for my son to take to school.

lightweight, superfast at start up. Wish it was capable of going to tablet mode.

Great for college student! Screen and picture is very clean, clear and colorful. Keyboard is very sleek. I love the design and the color! A little smaller but does the job and performs great!

Very durable product with current technological capabilities

Excellent quality materials and build. Great looking laptop. Has a nice screen -- but not FHD and not bright enough -- although it is touch. If this were a 2 in 1 would really be a game changer. Keyboard is pretty good -- but there is no backlighting -- which at this price point is a deal breaker. If you need a portable -- very basic laptop -- say for school or a 2nd travel machine -- you might get the use you need from it -- but for this price -- you could get a better spec's machine with more versatility and power. I would say this is a basic starter laptop -- say for 7 - 13 year old. I would not recomend for a main laptop.

My daughter loves it for school. Loves the size. Easy to carry, has everything she needs for school.

Overall okay laptop. Battery does not last long. Usually have to charge multiple times a day.
