It was our first experience with Microsoft surface laptop computer. Over all it is a good one. Easy to use and still learning to handle it. The weight is light and can put it into my bag. Charge is fast than other type of computers that I have used before. Looks nice and clean.

I've had this laptop for a little over a year and a half. I got it back in July of 2024, and it already crapped out on me. One day, randomly, no I didn't drop it, it just stopped turning on. Yes it's fully charged. I went and tried to fix it but nobody knows what's wrong with it. Apparently Microsoft laptops suck and I was unaware. Now I can't even repair it since I'd have to get it fixed by Microsoft, which pretty much costs the same as it would to get a different laptop. This laptop is unreliable, do NOT get it!

I’m in love with this laptop. It’s sleek and works very well. The battery can die quickly if you are not conscious of apps you leave open but overall it works amazing and is perfect for the work I need to do.

Very solid laptop! Does what I need and super lightweight. The color is great as well.

Great computer!! I have a person one I use and this past Christmas we bought our oldest boy one for college. Only think I wish I would of done different was buy a bigger one.

Love it. Perfect size for my backpack and accomplishes what I need for games and school

I’m giving it as a Christmas present so not sure what to say except that I gave one to my daughter who is a Kindergarten teacher and she loves it! She uses it everyday to display lessons on the smart board.

Great laptop, very small and lightweight. No windows Hello via face recognition and no backlit keyboard are the only real issues. Power is great, i use it mainly to run Reaper and Kemper rig manager for my guitar and its awesome.

Purchased this as a gift and they loved it. This laptop is very sleek and thin. I like that is small and not heavy to carry around. Definitely will recommend.

Loved the computer. Wasn’t sure which one to get for college but love that it’s touch screen

great labtop i think design is great, feels well built, and weight is great i can hold it with one hand and work standing and carry around with no major issues.

nice lil Compact PC Im pesonally a Micrsoft guy I never really cared for apple products. Its a good option if you dont care for a MacBook but need something small for traveling

Laptop is too slim, initial setup is very simple. Performance is really good, I think laptop competes with MacBook Air. Carrying tab and this laptop both are equal.

Perfect laptop!! If you’re looking for quality and style I’d recommend this one for sure.

The workers were very helpful in explaining how to operate my Laptop. This Surface Laptop does everything I need it to do and the size is perfect for traveling and for using.

Love it! So cute and small but feels very nice when using it. I am able to run discord and my game while watching a video without any issuses

Very nice, although the touch pad doesn’t have too much protection against the oil in your hands so it will be visible. Everything else is perfect especially if you like the aesthetic of computers
