I love the smoothness of the pen on the screen. It makes drawing fun and lively. I've only had it a short time, but I haven't had any issues.

Hot palm rests.

Display is nice and the keyboard feels good. I'm taking this one back because I spend all day on this laptop and my hands are sweating because of the heat.

Enter Julian. He was wonderful. He made sure everything worked as it was supposed to and made me comfortable as I waited. I couldn't have asked for better service and a more knowledgeable Geek Squad representative.
