Great computer powerhouse little heavy. Does not come with the stylus Pang that’s another $130 so prepare yourself.

Other companies are frustrating when they don't tell you someone must be present to receive the item, but Best Buy made it a point to inform me of that from the start, and even allowed me to change the delivery time at any point of the process. I love it. It is so easy to work with and the screen is very clear.

The machine is great so far. I have had a couple different surfaces over the years and I like several features on this one better. Intergraded keyboard, Laptop feel with tablet function, nice size and weight, good battery life, runs apps with no issue, overall great machine. Drawbacks so far haven't been able to get wireless service yet, No case (TOUGH CASE) available yet. I usually use UTG or another tough style case as I work in industrial supply and in the field a lot.

Bought this for my wife because she needs it for photoshopping on the go and such. She loves the surface line of products and this one is no exception. She used to have the surface pro tablets but we switched up to the studios for a beefier experience for her photoshopping needs. They also have better specs in general so that was also a major reason for the upgrade.

It took a while to get all my old files moved onto an external hard drive. But after a while I got it figured out. With One Drive help, my files are now on this new pc. However, there were no instructions telling me what each of the service ports on each side does. I wanted this pc for the pen drawing feature. The price was quite high tho. Ill be using it to create lots of videos somehow.

Just what I needed for school & photography. I bought this as an upgrade to my previous laptop. I needed c something that would run Photoshop & other photography software without crashing. I love the convertible nature of the device and how responsive the touch screen is. Overall, it's a great investment.

I like that it has a good fan, many screen options and lots of storage I do not like it's heavy weight, the screen dislodges too easily and it's a small screen so hard for old eyes to read. Mine is being very slow for a one week old laptop as well but that's probably not the computers fault.

Great product at a decent price. The capability of this surface bypasses my expectations. Is pretty light and fast. Only thing I don’t like it the lack of cases for this item.
