Works great. Easy to grip and glides smoothly across the tablet.

This pen is easy to use. Feels more like using a real pen than other stylus I have used in the past. Also the end is an eraser. My only complaint is that to my knowledge you have to download seperate extensions if you want to use the pen outside the white board or microsoft office. I will edit my review if I realize I am wrong. It is still new to me.

The surface pen is a simple and effective tool that just makes your life a lot easier. Having said that, here are the pros and cons of the device according to me:
Pros:
1) Value for money
2) Good grip and feel (sometimes I tend to forget its not a real pen)
3) Robust design
4) Great battery life
Cons:
I would prefer a rechargeable pen which will both reduce the cost of batteries and the weight of the pen
Hope this review helps in your future purchase.

Love this pen. Much better than Samsung's Tab s6 pen. Ease to pair with my Surface Pro 7. And the tip glides across the screen when I take notes. Also, the eraser on the top of the pen is incredibly convenient. Might be a good idea to save yourself some money and buy an open-box excellent condition pen and use the saving to purchase Best Buy's $15 warrantee.

It works great, I love it. It writes more naturally than any other stylus that I've ever used, and my handwriting actually looks almost exactly like it does on paper. We have two Surface devices in the house and it can easily be linked to both and used back and forth between the two of them. My only complaint is the price - thankfully I bought this on sale, but I feel like it should be more in the $50 - 75 range than the $100+ range. But overall it was still a good get.

Although it is quiet expensive if you compare with other surface pen in the market. This is still the best one out there. The main reason is because I really like how it feel when you write on surface screen. Beside price point - Microsoft really should use rechargeable battery instead of regular AAAA one.

I purchased this with my Surface Pro 7. It works just like a mouse, if I’m more mobile. I really wanted it for writing notes on pdf’s and to learn how to draw with an art program. Red isn’t a usual color I choose, but I figured it would be easier to find if I left it somewhere and I needed to find it.

I needed a new pen when I sadly left my old one somewhere. The new one was easy to pair with my SurfacePro 7 and works as intended. It's always a little painful to have to replace an expensive, but vital accessory, but at least it was on sale :)! I use it primarily for signing documents electronically and highlighting articles.

Awesome pen just wish these were rechargeable like apple pens or like the new ones for the pro x but either way love the weight and the feel works amazingly and takes 1 quad A battery first time ever using one lol. And got mine on sale even better!! Bought batteries off Amazon 6 pack for like 6 bucks have on hand.

Perfect device for conducting Slide Shows on the Surface devices. The eraser tip is great for advancing and reversing slides and when you need to highlight a portion of a slide, just draw a circle around the object. I wish it had the clip to ensure it stayed connected to my Surface Pro sleeve but I have nothing bad to say about this new pen.

I purchased this with the Surface Pro 6, and honestly I wouldn't recommend it to someone unless the plan to draw with the tablet. It still works very well with the Surface for casual use(i.e. surfing the web, checking e-mail etc.) but it isn't at all necessary to do any of that. I do like the button on the top of the pen, it's useful for taking quick notes and taking screenshots. Again, unless you plan on drawing with the pen, it's probably not worth the $100 price tag.

The pen is very efficient, no lag, and it's precise. The only reason I took away a star is bc I wish it was rechargable instead of battery operated and I wish it had a clip like the other versions had. It's magnetic and sticks to the side but I have a case on my surface pro that comes with a little slit to hold the pen since it blocks the side with the case, but I still wish the pen had a clip so I could clip it in the slot that holds the pen for added security.
