This product is a great add-on to the surface pro 7. Great for drawing, note taking and signing e-documents. Love that it comes in different colors. Love the tutorial on my surface that teaches the functionality. Priced a bit high.

Works great for the MS Surface 2 Laptop. Very pleased with ease of use and I no longer have to have finger smudge prints on the screen. I would highly recommend the Surface pen. The battery life is still at 100% (uses a AAAA battery). Well worth it!

If you are interested in learning how to draw digitally or simply step into the 21st Century, this is the technology for you! This pen is easy to use and very powerful. My son is a graphic design and animation major he loves it!

Love this. Wouldn't recommend getting the Surface Pro without it. I really hate to pay full price for anything, but I did for this and I'd do it again. If you're on the fence and would use it for games, note taking, etc., get it.

Works great, long battery life and great feel, lots of shortcuts you can program into the pens various buttons

This pen is very precise and easy to use. The ability to click the eraser and write on whatever may be on the screen is amazing. The pen also has an eraser that functions as such during operation which takes the cake and puts the Microsoft pen above the competition.

This is an awesome pen, comfortable to hold in your hands for hours, the battery AAAA is very durable, the first device I see that uses this type of battery and you can buy some extra in Best Buy. Definitely recommend the pen as well the Surface Pro. Just Buy it!

Lighter, more comfortable to hold and comfortable to hold. Very responsive - functions very well with drawing and writing - works great when using the Surface Pro 6 in tablet mode. Use mostly for work, writing/transcribing notes and approving and signing forms - works great! Have used for some light sketching - very accurate - the pen shines when using shading and coloring, the pressure sensitivities of the pen operates well when using a worthy drawing program! Definitely worth the price! On a final note, was initially disappointed that the clip was dropped, however, in practicality, I seldom used the clip in previous models - my UAG case has a great pen holder built, which works!

Wasn’t compatible with my Lenovo laptop, despite this being the pen recommended by Best Buy. However, it felt like a very nice pen and felt very high quality, and was easy to connect. Unfortunately, I had to return it since I couldn’t use it, but I’d recommend it to someone with a compatible laptop.

Works great with my tablet for work. Very happy for the bright color so it doeant get lost in my work stuff as easily.

Love this pen! Allows me to actually sign forms without the use of a fat stylus or a finger that ends up looking nothing like my signature. I can also add notes to files and make changes as needed with ease.

The surface pro pen is a great addition to the surface pro. Although I don't use it all the time and it's no real full-time replacement for a mouse but it is great when you need to sign, draw or highlight.

I love that this works so seamlessly with my Surface Go, not only that but it is a beautiful color that doesn't stand out like a sore thumb and attaches to the side of my Surface. No losing this guy unless I really try to.

Got this pen to replace an aftermarket pen we bought for my daughter's Surface Pro 7. It is a huge step up and definitely worth the extra price. Designed to work with Surface tablets and it shows.

Nice addition to my Surface work group. It is so easy to use. Virtually eliminating the need for a Bluetooth mouse. Very useful for drawings or other detail work. Highly recommend.

Must have for any Surface Product. Not a NEED so I can understand why it doesn't come with it like the Surface Pros. But it maximizes all the surface products. And with them adding functionality to most if not all Microsoft programs it just makes sense.

connection was instant, great writing no skipping no issues so far, battery life i will follow up son has at college. price he said was a little high but i went with new instead of used.

Love this thing. It just works. Once you've got it paired with the surface it has great precision and it's got just enough weight that it feels like your actually doing the writing/drawing and not just pushing around some stylus on a screen. The touch sense on the screen has a hard time differentiating the pen vs. touch input at times but it's usually because of the proximity of the pen tip to the screen (I'm left handed so I have a tendency to use my right hand for touch and don't always remember to raise the pen far enough from the screen). Also it takes a AAAA battery (included), but starting to se these more often in stores so they aren't horribly hard to get.
