However, I’ve only had it roughly a month (with light use) and I already need to replace the tip. This really displeases me! When I say light use, I’m talking a handful of time to try it out. I’d really like to be able to use it to take notes etc without having to replace parts so frequently.

No lag or extra lines popping up any where. You can use the regular tip or the "eraser" portion (if it where a traditional pencil). Easy to take notes as a student and convert to typed messages.

It feels good in the hand and my limited use so far leads me to believe it can have some great benefits. One point I would like to make. This was part of a promotion for a Surface Pro 8 keyboard with a charging and storage section. The pen included is not Surface Pro 8 rated and does NOT fit in the holder/ charging section of the keyboard.
