Essential for any Surface device. Works well. Just wish it had rechargeable batteries or used more common battery standard.

I like this Surface Pen very much, but it's just so pricy! It's very comfortable writing in your hand and holding. The pressure point feels close enough to act like a real pen as the more pressure you apply the thicker the pen stroke (tested on 2017 Surface Pro, settings can be tweaked here as well). The button on top of the pen can function as an eraser and used to be set as a shortcut key for sketchpad, etc. As for the button near the bottom I haven't figured it out yet.

Really like how it’s magnet and it’s attaches to the computer so I don’t lose it . Pretty soft eraser that I can turn around if I’m drawing to erase .

Works on great with the Surface Book 2 Pro. Especially helpful for handwritten notes in One Note.

The tip of the pen broke after 2 weeks of light of use. I am trying to contact Microsoft directly as my return period is over.

Not compatible with any of the “Go” laptops. Called Microsoft to find out why it won’t write on the screen of my Surface Go 2. My finger can but the pen won’t. Rep told me that the “Go” devices don’t have the pen software/features. I shouldn’t opened it when I first got it. Now it’s too late to return it. 100.00 down the drain. The website and Best Buy says it’s compatible but it’s not. Save your money.
