I was concerned about the speed of the processor at first. With it being the M3 chip. But I was wrong. For what I use it for it is perfect. I love the portability and speed. I would highly recommend this configuration to anyone that just needs a simple yet effective laptop.

Surface Pro hybrid laptops are my favorite on the market. My next laptop purchase will be a Surface Pro (probably 7 or 7+). I don't use without the charger very often, but when I've operated on battery only, it's lasted quite a while. I don't recommend getting a 4GB RAM. Opt instead for 8GB or higher. It's worth the extra money. This particular model doesn't accommodate 1GB internet speed, which is a drawback.

So have this as a gift and my husband loves it. It’s a good melding of laptop and tablet. When purchasing I had to consider whether he would use it more as a tablet or laptop. He uses it more as a tablet so a lighter use keyboard is appropriate for him. The processor is quick and responsive. I would definitely purchase a case to ensure you protect your investment.

came shipped with multiple uses connected to the device through the IP address, 24 users in fact.. it was totally locked. Webroot was very understanding & walked me through their clean up process to get me up & running. I highly recommend Webroot - & now that I can truly use my Surface Pro - I am extremely pleased! Fast, reliable, convenient & lightweight.

This computer replaces an ASUS that I used for traveling. The surface PRo is much lighter, faster, and easier to work with.

I have been looking for a new laptop. Something simple and compact and really basic. Best Buy was having a deal on it and I thought it was the perfect time to get. It wasn't available at the Jordan Creek WDM location but I was able to pick up at the other one in Clive. Easy service, specs. Perfect for traveling. So far love it.

My husband purchased this for my for Valentines Day last year..... Great Gift Ever!!!!! The surface pro is conveniently light but holds alot of power! I love that I can use it as a tablet or PC with the detachable keyboard. The quality is awesome, its sturdy & lightweight. MUST BUY!

I've been using a Surface for a couple of years. This purchase was for my son to replace a sluggish laptop. This thing does everything he needs for school, photo editing, streaming video services, and it does it fast, and with a great battery life.

My wife needed something for her various projects and activities. She wanted something fast and easy to throw in her bag and go. She absolutely loves it and we got an amazing deal from Best Buy. Everything about this is high end. It is what Apple should be doing with their iPad. Definitely the leader in it's class.

Amazing device for the price. It's not going to excel in the gaming department but for day to day use, it can't be beat! It's light, charges fast and doesn't leave me wishing I would have kicked in the extra dosh for a bigger machine. Runs office, surfs the web and plays videos like a champ.

The Surface Pro is lightweight and portable. There is only one USB port, but using an external hub solved that problem. I do use a wireless keyboard and mouse sometimes; I learned to type in the olden days and prefer the larger keyboard and mouse. The wireless capabilities--wifi and printer--are seamless.

I was looking for a light laptop for my mom and ended up buying a surface pro and had this laptop for a good deal during black friday. This laptop is good enough for normal office work like/basic computing (excel, word, etc). I like that it comes with the keyboard with a ($100 value).

Sadly I ended up returning my unit because it was an open boxed defective unit. But it had great battery life and I had no issues watching movies, doing basic photo editing, and pushing out documents. The included keyboard is actually pretty nice and it's a great secondary unit. I wouldn't want this as a desktop replacement because of limited ram amount but for basic tasks it's great!

Nice laptop boots up and shuts down quickly. Seems to run pretty fast no lag. Light weight and easy to carry around. Not loaded with a bunch of unnecessary programs like other laptops. Love the facial recognition for security works great. Can operate in windows or tablet mode.
