I was coming from an iPad to the surface...huge difference. Just finding a journal that was pass worded, could change fonts, go back and edit..in case I forgot a day,, etcetera..impossible.

Upgrading to Windows 10 still did not help.

It might be for a regular user. I watch streams and as soon as I do, everything else is useless. Would have returned it if I had more than 2 weeks to do so. Again, as a tablet or for a regular user, it would be great.

A small notebook/laptop, light, portable, relatively long battery life and lightning speed to work with. The rear camera is not focusable. I get and do jobs by internet. Totally happy I made the investment. Tech support so far 5 or 6 contacts is the best and most helpful I've ever experienced. Would rate 5 except for poor rear camera and inability to get MS complete without driving 200 miles to MS store since didn't buy at time of purchase which I think is not possible thru Best Buy. Still would buy it again because of Best Buy's fantastic 30 day free trial period-- I was totally sold after bout 2 weeks. What a deal!!
