It also has the ability to be a laptop and a desktop, just need to purchase the docking station. Once in a while the screen or keyboard does not respond to my clicks or typing, and I must close and reopen it, that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5

After tons of research on whether to go with a traditional laptop or a tablet style decided to go with the surface. I have been using it for over a year now and such a great purchase. Little to no issues. It would be nice if the battery lasted a bit longer. It stays charged a solid amount, but I'm usually near an outlet so not a huge issue. Did end up purchasing an off-brand snap on keyboard as the Microsoft ones are a bit expensive. Highly recommend this model of Surface Pro.

The only problem I have is the stand in the back sometime closes and it make the screen fall down.

He needed something that could hold itself up better in a vehicle (kinda like a laptop). However, this unit was fast, greatly priced, and my kids love writing their spelling words with the stylus. It’s cost effective and durable.

Easy to move around and it doesn’t take up much room on my desk. Very fast processor and makes what I need to do simple.

The software needs a little more tuning. I find my self having to click on the keyboard icon because it won’t come up at times when I click on the input field. Uses quite a bit of battery, but I realized it’s because I have programs running in the background. The screen is amazing!!
