Amazing but beware

It is great for taking notes on and really keeps me organized. HOWEVER, there are significant faults in either the hardware or design where the battery does not charge. This is not relieved by advice from Microsoft to uninstall and reinstall the battery, buy a new charger, or try various positions and outlets with the charger and charging port setup. This will happen suddenly and without warning. Definitely not ok if you are taking exams or working from home. Probably worth trying Apple instead if you are on the fence.

Overall, it's a great tool.
