I have had my eye on a Surface Pro for years. I bought it recently and it worked fine until it didn’t. Just a couple of weeks after I bought, the machine got a virus. Why is Anti virus not included as standard in Windows ? Why is not priced in on an above average priced machine ? Microsoft has come a long way....but in some aspects Windows still feels like 1995.

I had a surface pro 3, went to the 6 now

Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear that the keyboard isn't where you would like it to be. Have you tried the on screen keyboard at all as well? Just tap the keyboard icon in the lower left and it will pull it up for you. If you have the Surface Pen, you can also utilize that keyboard to write what you would want to type.
