    I bought this laptop on October 19th 2019. I do not recommend the Microsoft surface series to anyone. I have had problems with the computer not recognizing the keyboard. The official Microsoft charger died within 4 months of me purchasing it and I keep having to buy new chargers. Now my computer touchscreen isn’t working and the computer has difficulty turning on. Please look it up and you will see how common this problem is. I am constantly having to do a hard reset and wait hours in hopes it turns on. I’ve finally decided to buy a new computer. Also terrible batter life I’m constantly recharging it.
