Good tablet computer needs the keyboard accessory.

So far we have had purchased two surface pros and for the most part they do the job but we have had a few issues with lagging and programs not loading like they should. But after restarting it, it works again.

Small keyboard not my best choice but for the price and the fact that I was traveling out of country and taking it for my little cousin, I just went with the purchase.

Nice computer but we have had issues with the keyboard, the security on locking computer and now the narrator is on and computer is locked and we cannot use it.

Although the laptop size is small and compatible, the laptop has charged problem. Its been like few months I bought this laptop, the charger sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. It give me hard time.

We actually liked this computer very much, right up until it died today--about 2 wks less than a year after we purchased it. The screen froze this morning when it was turned on, not allowing any input from the keyboard, mouse, or touch screen. A message came up, saying that no input device was recognized--then it went blank. My wife plugged it in to the charger and it overheated. So, in summary, we loved its form and features, but the quality is lousy for the price we paid for a computer with an i5 processor and only 8GB of memory.

If you love the Windows 10 ecosystem, this will probably be fine for you. I could have probably been fine with a Fire HD10 and would have spent $500 less. I am a sucker for marketing.

I have had this laptop since April 12 and for the past 1 week the camera doesn’t work anymore. I have to sign in with my pin. It is saying it doesn’t recognize my face.

Didn’t complete an update properly within 3 weeks, it broke- thank goodness I had insurance with Best Buy. They have it for repair and I should get it back in a week.

It’s amazing the laptop is super great but the charger is the problem it’s always breaking and not cheap to get another one ,

I don't like the touch screen. You can't even use the on screen keyboard. I had a case and a screen protector on and it broke so easily. Felt like a waste of money too many issues. I wanted help finding something good for business and school the girl who helped me at bestbuy wasn't honest in a lot of aspects really disappointed. First time I don't get a geeksquad protection and this thing breaks smh screen replacement is over $500.

The screen was broken in the 20 days and I did t even drop it, way to expensive for a poor quality.

I5 wasn't fast enough for a program i needed to run. Also battery life was awful and the fact you have to buy the keyboard is stupid

I like the overall product but I don't appreciate the pen. I found the apple pen is better than that.

Considerimg the price I expected the surface to be like the equivalent of a laptop with touch screen. But it's not, Adobe xi wont install, it wont run Access that it comes with, and it just doesn't cut it with the limited storage space. Honestly if you want a gimmick buy this, but if you want something functional get a tral laptop or spend an extra $800+ for better specs.

I really wanted to like the Surface Pro, I travel several times a year and need to stay on line for both of my careers and thought this would do the trick. But when I am not traveling wanted to be able to use it as a tablet like I do my iPad. I liked the idea of the key board and having a mouse. I use a regular pc for both of my jobs and and use Office 354 for both so thought I would have not problems. Beside being very heavy it is not good to consider this as a tablet, There were just many functions I disliked on this, it refused to let me have my two separate Office 365 emails, I found it to be much slower than an iPad and my pc and became very frustrated with it within 4 days of which case I returned it to Best Buy. Thankful that Best Buy made it easy to return because I would have been very upset having to keep this. If you want a lap top I would guess it would be OK but there are so many other lap tops on the market I would definitely not chose this, as a tablet it's a definite NO.

It's nice, but it's hard to see what you are doing. You have to open it up to see what you typing.
