Very light, very fast. Limited amount of ports. Easy to travel with. Would recommend, but be aware of the limitations

Light weight, easy to carry around. Great quality, the technology was more advanced than my note pad and Kindle.

I love my Surface but I wish I could've afforded the model with the higher storage. I've maxed out and fiddling with SD card storage and external drives are pretty cumbersome. In tablet mode, it does not replace my iPhone or iPad. The response and UI does not compare. As a very portable laptop, it is great! I do all my productivity on Windows and I can do it anywhere in a lightweight form factor.

i purchased the surface pro 6 when it was bundled with the alcantera signature keyboard, both grey. I also bought a pen & arc mouse. I initially purchased another laptop that was faster & lighter, but switched it to the surface pro 6 because of the following pros: 1. detachable keyboard was nice because it didnt accidently pick up food or stains on the counter when keyboard was used as a stand. (keyboard was detached & flipped over so that keys didnt rest on my thighs or counter.) and the magnet attachment makes it easy to detach, (flip if needed), & reattach. 2. i liked that it has 3 ways you can use the computer, laptop, tablet, & stand. 3. i liked that the keys lit up & was adjustable lighting. 4. the magnet feature was awesome to allow the pen to store attached to the laptop. 5. i like how the charger is magnetic attachment rather than plug in. 6. i also bought the mouse, which stores away nicely when turned off (flat position). 7. although it us heavier than the other laptop, its not heavy. in fact it feels better having more weight (the other was so light it felt almost unreal or plastic-like). cons: 1. its slower & occassionally lags...im told this is because it is attempting to update. after all the updates, its improved but still lagging a bit. 2. face recognition is nice, but i preferred other laptop of fingerprint signon. 3. it was part of the package onsale deal, so only the 8gb was an option. i would have preferred the 16gb or a processor faster than 128gb, but this was a great purchase especially because it was on sale. overall a solid computer! i would definitely recommend!

I'm currently a grad student and wanted something affordable and easy to carry. This tablet 2-in-1, worked out perfectly. I was a little bit weary about the size of the screen but it turned out to be a decent on-the-go laptop. I've only used it for basic functions, such as papers, research, and reading, but so far it has been great! Battery life, memory, speed, and touchscreen are all great!

Although I use a desktop computer most of the time, this Surface Pro 6 is a remarkable alternative for when I am on the go. The keyboard has a very nice, positive feel. The lit keys, with adjustable intensity is a fantastic feature. Battery life is amazing. The ability to insert a micro sd card for expanded storage is wonderful. I can't think of anything bad to say about this computer.

This is my second MS Surface Pro, my first being the SP4. The SP6 continues the strong tradition of a powerful, portable, useful, intuitive all-in-one. I highly recommend getting the Surface pen to go with the SP, it makes the experience even better. And the Signature Type Cover is so luxurious, you have to see and touch it to believe it. Overall very happy with this model.

Super hi resolution display. I transfer files to and from my Android phone via OneDrive, as it does not have WiFi Direct. Great battery life, like a laptop never had. Fast processor. Generally an impressive portable device. I use the Pelican Hardshell 1085 for a case (fits tablet and Typeboard cover. Unlike the Galaxy Tab S4, it has a touchpad on the keyboard.

Bought this to replace my dying 6 year old laptop. Couldn't be happier. Much snappier and responsive than I expected. I'm always surprised at how light it is. I bought with the pencil and it is responsive and nice to write on. I also love the keyboard that came with it, from the Alcantra material to the snappiness of the keys. Would recommend it to others.

I've owned the Surface 3 Pro, Surface Pro 4 and now the Surface Pro 6. All of the Surface Pros I have owned have been great. I typically upgrade my device every two years, so the fact that I've owned three different models is not due to issues. I've bought three because they have been so good. This one is no exception. Battery life is significantly improved compared to my Surface Pro 4, so much so that I have gone an entire work day without plugging in my AC adapter. I have found the battery life is about twice as long as it was with the Surface Pro 4. I bought this unit during the holidays from my local Best Buy store, and they price-matched a competitor no questions asked. That, coupled with the trade-in program (I traded in my Surface Pro 4 and put the trade toward the Surface Pro 6) made buying it from Best Buy a no-brainer. I am completely satisfied with both my Surface Pro 6 and my Best Buy purchase experience.
