The battery life is not amazing though. It seems to last about an hour and a half watching youtube with the light on 75%. That aside it is a nice upgrade to the 8 series CPU.

It really is well made, and feels great. But aside from the black color option, it's not exactly that exciting. The battery life is really impressive, especially compared to previous Surface Pros. It's also gotten comfier to hold, which is a big deal as at tablet. If you want a light laptop, this is amazing in most cases. It's fanless, it's powerful, and really gets work done. The only shortcoming there is that it's a little harder to balance on your laptop given the design. If you want a tablet, this works, but it's not the "best". Windows 10 makes an okay tablet OS, but it's still Windows. It's big and clunky for a tablet. That's the trade off though for it being a full fledged OS that can do everything any other laptop can do too. TL;DR - If you want a hybrid device and your needs lean slightly more to laptop than tablet, this is perfect. If you want a light always on device you're probably better off with an iPad.

Missing 4g

Thinking this would be able to replace both, I quickly realized that I needed it to have access to 4g like my Ipad. Took it back and I love my Ipad too much to replace with that.

But for that, I would give it a 5 star
