Ive had them for years with no issues except for wearing out the charging ports over time, but they still work. I upgraded for more memory and faster processing. I was excited to get my surface pro 6. My surface pro 6 died within 24hrs of having it. Apparently the item is backordered with Best Buy due to so many re-ships. Therefore I wont have a new one anytime soon. I called Microsoft and they told me to send it in for repair and it would take two weeks once received to evaluate a repair. They told me to contact Best Buy for faster repair even though I informed then it was back ordered. Disappointing to pay so much for a device that doesn't work. Not good customer service, not a good product. Typing this on my Pro 3 that still works.
