Microsoft has set it up really nicely to help someone brand new to this type of laptop to understand it well and so yes there is a lot to the laptop but it has been definitely easy to navigate.

Happy with Surface Pro 6

Excellent upgrade from corded Wacom tablet and laptop. So cool to draw right on the screen! Very responsive and pen has a great feel to it. The keyboard is excellent and easy to remove. Lots of battery life. Only complaint is occasional (couple times per day) freezing of machine - doesn't cause loss of work but need to press power button to turn off, then right back on. Will stay with Surface products - perfect for artists!

So far i have not had any issues. This is a job specific device. Don’t get it thinking it’s a good gaming system. It is a bit more expensive than a Norman tablet would be but I think it’s worth the extra. Memory is not a lot for today’s systems but you can always add an SSD card to increase that.

This helps me take my classes online and functions as any laptop would. It's smaller and lighter so there is a major ease of travel. The tablet to laptop function is also nice. I have tried some minor gaming, Minecraft and Runescape. It handles these well enough but a mouse is needed for Minecraft

My wife who is picky loves this as well. It is very capable and battery life is pretty good. I prefer this over my apple products. It is easier to use. I have waited several years for the surface to mature. It is there now. If you are on the fence, I say jump in with both feet!

My laptop was very heavy and last plane trip once I reached my destination it would not connect to the internet. The Surface Pro can be used with wifi or a hotspot. The touch screen makes it easy to run the programs I use for work on a daily basis. Will probably add a mouse and the stylus.
