    I've only just purchased this item.I brought unit in for installation of anti-virus program. I always have great interaction with your employees. Although still very new,I enjoy my new toy.

    Excellent product. The third one I have owned. Easy to set up. Just be sure you follow the instructions to prolong your battery life.

    Wife was looking for a laptop but didn't know what! till we visited best buy & used the display for a bit she knew that was it.... to be honest i use it too.... Shhh

    Lasted a month before it died with only light use and sitting on a desk. Return policy at BB is a joke so I couldn't return it. Microsoft will only send a refurbished replacement. I spent $1,000 for a new tablet and get a defective product only to be replaced by someone else's defective product that Microsoft refurbished. Either get a real laptop or an iPad. This product is junk.
